Simplest/Simple/Advanced: read/write functions updated with ASCII/hex support... 

Simplest/Simple/Advanced: read/write functions updated with ASCII/hex support (simplest ASCII only), FormatCard option writes all 0s to card after succesful LinearFormat function. Forms resizable for smaller displays and updated.
