New options added, NDEF RAM Emulation support added, successive NDEF Writing added, URI ndef options fixed, lib submodule updated to latest

Example updated with latest NDEF functions, lib updated, form changed according to new layout and new functions

-Changed text in application window title bar from "NFC Type 2 Tag programming example" to a "NDEF programming example" because uFR now supporting T2T, T4T and NFC formatted tags (Mifare Classic).
-Assembly version printed in application window title bar acquired programmatically from now.
-Fixed and implemented new, automatic DLL importing mechanism.

-Changed folder structure.
-Removed unnecessary forms and files.
-Added .gitignore

-Added "AAR for Tag emulation" setup dialog activated on storing URL for tag emulation mode (min. firmware v4.0.20 and library v4.0.22 needed).
-Added nonvolatile memory Lock/Unlock functionality on the "TOOLS" tab.

BugFix: Error on "Write NFC Data/URI" to a Mifare Classic MAD formatted tag has been fixed.

Added support for the ASCII mirror function of the NXP NTAG21x series. Demonstration of this functionality is on the "Write NFC Data/URI" tab.

-Changed tab name "Write NFC Data"/"URL" to "Write NFC Data"/"URI"
-On tab "Write NFC Data"/"URI" added "URI Identifier Code" combo box with predefined all URI Identifier Codes from "NFCForum-TS-RTD_URI_1.0" from 2006-07-24.
 Now user may simply choose which abbreviation for URI Identifier Code to use.
-Labels updated to designate which uFR firmware and lib versions applied to new functionalities.
