- added folder 'ufr-lib' with libraries for appropriate platform
- implement LoadLibrary() method for all functions

Ova izmena se radi po tasku "Ispravka uFR Primera" jer se više ne treba koristiti stara funkcija uFR biblioteke GetCardId() već novija GetCardIdEx().
Problem je sa trunkom i tagom za verziju 2.0 jer nije moguće kompajliranje projekta. Najizraženiji problemi postoje u novom Globals.h (u verziji 1.6 je drugačiji).
Inače tag za verziju 1.6 radi dobro.
