Simplest, Simple and Advanced projects updated - ufr-lib submodule and library loading lookup fixed, submodules updated, binaries updated

Project updated. Hex/ASCII Data formats enabled. Forms resizable and updated, Formatting card will try to fill it with zeros.

Refactored ReaderOpenEx, added in Simple example, lib submodule updated, linear read/write input/output changed to hex

ufrSimple example updated with ReaderOpenEx function and tested. Compiled executables added for both ufrSimple and Simplest. LinearRead in both examples fixed in uFCoder.cs and output switched to printing out hex bytes with : as delimiters.

ufRAdvanced Example expanded with ReaderOpenEx function and its fileds in Form. Changed Timer function behaviour. Resized Form so it can fit ReaderOpenEx options on top of it.

- delete local 'ufr-lib' and 'lib' folders

- added 'ufr-lib' folder
- links with libraries in folder 'ufr-lib' relative path

+ GetDllVersionStr() new DLL import function for getting version of the library

- example of usage ReaderStillConnectedM() lib function in timerPoll_Tick event handler.
- timerPoll is enabled now from start of the application (Enabled Polling Readers).
