version 2.0 in trunk

- example of usage ReaderStillConnectedM() lib function in timerPoll_Tick event handler.
- timerPoll is enabled now from start of the application (Enabled Polling Readers).
- removed usage of deprecated ReaderList_GetSerialByIndex(). Using ReaderList_GetSerialDescriptionByIndex() instead.
