Duration of the authentication attempt which indicates that the eMRTD document is blocked, has been extended to 1500 ms (that duration was previously 1s).

-Added detection of blocked BAC authentication and implemented automatically unblocking method of eMRTD documents.

Updated uFCoder lib version and references to 5.0.21

Added SOD and MRTD data groups verification, document signing (DS) certificate scrutiny and CSCA certificates or Master List files search and validation of the DS certificate. CSCA certificates and/or Master List files have to be in the ./csca directory. Master List file names must have '.ml' extension.

All cryptographic operations have now been implemented in the uFCoder library.

-libTomCrypt has been statically linked for sha1 algorithm.
-Linux builds finished and tested.
