In DlReader.open() method added DlReaderException which will be thrown if there is already only one opened D-Logic device attached. Instance of the DlReaderException have: err_code = Consts.DL_READER_GENERAL_EXCEPTION and  detailMessage = "There is already opened D-Logic devices."
