USER_INTERFACE_SIGNAL command added.

When non Desfire card is approached it starts alternative lights with no sound.
When Desfire card is approached and UID is read correctly it starts long green light and short beep sound.
When Desfire card is approached and UID is not read correctly it starts long red light and long beep sound.
