+Added new constants that represent error codes for exception handling:
    - DL_READER_NO_DEVICE_ATTACHED = 1001;
    - DL_READER_DEVICE_COULD_NOT_BE_OPENED = 1002;
    - DL_READER_DEVICE_ALREADY_OPEN = 1003;
